Job Title: System Analyst
Duration: 6 Months - 1 year
Total # of years of experience needed: 5-6 years
Job Description:
The System Analyst will be responsible for the production of:
* Functional and technical specifications
* Use case documents
* User stories
* Report specifications
* Gap analyses
* Change impacts
* Business process modelling.
Skills required -
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with other Business Analysts, development teams and the Business.
* Story writing knowledge and experience
* Able to organize, hold and contribute in business and technical workshops
* Able to understand the business issues and challenges of the organisation and industry
* Able to document and understand business process models
* Able to use MS- Office products including Visio to produce documentation of a high quality
* Able to document solutions in Functional\Technical\Interface Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases and UC Models
* Able to identify client organisation''s strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
* Write documents in plain business English
* Ability to understand and document technical specifications, including web services requirements.
* Knowledge and experience of data modelling techniques.
* Experience in an Agile and Scrum environment, with enthusiasm to drive the Agile methodology forward.
