Job Description
Proper management, administration and maintenance of all Cisco IP Telephony technologies and services.
o Cisco Call Manager, including Jabber, and Telepresence engineering and support
o Voice Mail (Cisco Unity Connection) configuration, support and troubleshooting
o Development and execution of applicable support processes.
o Establish and maintain applicable facility, campus and/or Enterprise Service Levels (SLAs
o Provide end-user support for web applications for Call Manager, Voice Mail, and other technologies
o Develop and maintain Global Dial Plan.
o Administer, support and maintain toolset for monitoring, management and support.
o MUST HAVE VERY GOOD COMM SKILLS.
