IBM ODM/WODM/ILOG, XML, J2EE, DB2.
All together 9 to 10 yrs of Solid knowledge and expertise in IBM ODM 8.X version, Java, J2EE (WebSphere Application Server), Web Services, XML, DB (Oracle or other), Unix/Linux.
The ODM Developer would need to have at least 5 yrs of technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of Rules Projects and ensures that projects meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
Experience in setting up decision center.
5 yrs of experience in development of rule engine or in complex event processing (IBM ODM, JRules, iLog
Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management.
Good knowledge of relation database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL
Exposure to SOA.
Strong knowledge of web services.
Experience of test driven development with JUnit.
Experience in a continuous integration environment.
Set up and customize the business object model BOM) and vocabulary for rule authoring
Implement the execution object model (XOM) that enables rule execution
Orchestrate rule execution through ruleflows
Author rule artifacts to implement business policies
Debug business rule applications to ensure that implemented business logic is error free
Set up and customize the testing and simulation environment for business uses
Integrate decision services for managed execution within an enterprise environment
Test, monitor, and audit execution of decision service.
