Job Title: Executive Search Recruiter - Senior (6-10 years)

Location: Austin, TX or, Westlake (Dallas Fort Worth area), TX or, Denver, CO or, Phoenix, AZ or, Indianapolis, IN

Contract to Hire: Client will NOT be able to Sponsor Work Visa at this time.

Candidates MUST have worked in retained EXECUTIVE SEARCH or have recruited senior executives for an in-house talent acquisition function.
They need to have a track record of search strategy, candidate development and assessment and managing the process with business leaders and candidates.
Prefer some financial services experience

For context, I lead executive recruiting for the firm encompassing VP''s, SVP''s and EVP''s. This person will need to be able to interface with very senior leaders and inspire confidence they understand the business, the talent pool and can deliver results.

Additional Job Details:
A minimum of five years experience recruiting senior executives with either a retained search firm or in-house talent acquisition function.
Track record of full assignment execution including search strategy, proactive candidate development, candidate assessment, process management and offer negotiation.
Able to serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent and organization impact including labor market analysis, talent pool insight and compensation challenges.
Assess candidates by evaluating business experiences and professional competencies of top executive talent as they relate to a specific search.
Build and develop high value relationships with potential candidates.
Represent organization effectively in the marketplace and present a comprehensive universe of qualified candidates by partnering with the Business Leader during the course of the assignment.
Network with external sources to continually improve and enhance relationships, as well as maintain the company s presence in the market.
