Data Processing Technician

Description:

This position will involve processing, inputting, organizing, and cleaning data in an existing cloud CRM database based on specific instructions. This position involves communication and collaboration with key business users within the company to verify quality control of data. This is a part-time, temporary position which could last up to 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:

· Looking up and searching for data in RM database (Salesforce

· Running reports on contacts and customer accounts in RM.

· Learning and understanding specific business processes related to our company and our industry.

· Doing quality control on all data entry going into database as well as quality assurance and checks on existing data.

· Creating progress reports and reporting on quality of data from time to time.

· Work with Excel documents to cross-reference data between different databases.

· Merge, edit and flag existing data.

· Identify duplicate customer accounts and contacts.

· Communicate with sales and marketing team on a regular basis.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma and some college. No degree required, but some ongoing or current college experience in a technical field is preferred.

· Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

· Able to reason, critically examine problems and come up with valuable solutions and conclusions.

· CRM experience is required, preferably Salesforce CRM.

· Able to work independently and also possess great communicate skills as this job will require a lot of collaboration with different teams.

· Technology-inclined and able to navigate how to use modern web applications.

· Basic excel proficiency and ability to do some simple functions, if necessary.

· Ability to work roughly 20 hours a week, with most of that time ranging within normal business hours (M-F, 8am – 6pm

· Solid proficiency in math and basic English.
