A brief description : We’re looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Developer to design and develop next generation data warehouse at Getty Images. The Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, monitoring and extending the data warehouse platform and analytics architecture to meet the enterprise’s business analysis and reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop enterprise data warehouse platform, capabilities, schemas and models.
* Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions.
* Develop SQL queries and stored procedure to satisfy data and reporting requirements.
* Design logical and physical databases.
* Develop SSIS packages, SSAS Tabular model, Reporting Services Reports and/or Analysis Services cubes.
* Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines to support data and analytical needs.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with following
* Advanced SQL Server programming and knowledge of data warehousing best practices.
* Dimensional data modeling, ETL development, OLAP technologies and Data Warehousing.
* Strong experience of RDBMS concepts, database schemas and modeling techniques.
* Deep experience with different versions of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS packages, SSAS Tabular, Windows Servers, and Storage performance
optimization.
* Experience building solutions using agile methodologies.
* Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
