Our Company will contact you via telephone, email or through our Tech Portal and App. You will be advised the date and time service is needed, the type of equipment and the location of the repair. You may accept or decline the work depending upon your availability or comfort level with the equipment needing repair.
You may sign up to work on whatever equipment you are proficient: desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.
Our rate starts at $45 for break-fix services. In the event there are multiple units at that specific location, payment agreement will be discussed at the time of dispatch.
The service events where you will perform work will be on site at commercial locations such as offices and retail with some residential customers as well.
The work is primarily basic installation and hardware repairs for common major brand equipment.
We provide the parts to the location and they are on-site prior to your arrival. Technicians are required to return the broken or unused parts using a pre-paid shipping label included. No out of pocket expense to you.
Work volume depends upon the location of the tech, mileage he/she is willing to travel and work volume he/she is willing to accept and perform.

Skills:

Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
Knowledge of Basic Networking.
Computer and analytical skills.
Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of office equipment preferred. HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Xerox and POS printers experience is a plus.
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth.
Communicate and interact with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a way that is courteous, positive and professional.
Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.
High School Diploma a minimum, Electronics or Computer Associates Degree preferred.
Must have reliable vehicle.
Must have valid driver license and insurance.
