Responsibilities:
Support, train, and contribute to the design and optimization of technology solutions that enable business collaboration.
Maintain a sufficient level of expertise with the organization''s current collaboration platform(s
Maintain current knowledge of the rapidly changing collaboration technology market.
Engage with managers and project sponsors to develop scope and vision for all collaboration-related projects.
Maintain detailed documentation of collaboration patterns in use throughout the organization and maintain standards for new collaboration solution designs. (Call routing, for example)
Participate in the QA of collaboration solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
Primary contact for any questions related to how collaboration systems work from both a business and technical perspective.
Performs basic cost-benefit calculations, interdependency analysis, and prioritization exercises related to systems changes.

Operational Management
Second level support of Cisco VoIP related to user tickets and/or outage related support.
Manage vendors of collaboration and telecommunications solutions and all related invoices and expenses. (Cisco, CenturyLink, Verizon as examples
Conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that specifications are correctly understood.
Assist with the interpretation of described user requirements into feasible options, and communicate these back to the business stakeholders. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
