eDataforce Consulting LLC has a need of a Project Manager for a large legacy systems transfer/implementation project for one of our largest Retail clients with offices in Plano, Tx.

The Project Manager manages complex projects in the Operations functions including but not limited to Order Management, Point of sale, production, and digital workflow. The Project Manager provides day-to-day project planning, leadership, oversight, direction, communication, interaction with stakeholders, budgeting, forecasting and all other related project management tasks.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing business cases and driving projects through our client’s project approval processes
Experience with large, enterprise wide migration/implementation project for Fortune 500 companies
Recent relevant experience with IBM – Sterling
Project governance of Retail transformation Project
Direct and manage project development as it relates to Operations
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-operating company teams
Develop project plans and associated team structures, and communication documents in collaboration with cross-functional and cross operating company teams
Monitor and control project budgets
Identify the appropriate work structures and processes to accomplish program goals and objectives
Provide progress reporting and prepare presentations for executive communication
Represent Operations on various project work streams
Program management and development designed to help improve Operations
Effectively use metrics to track progress, identify issues, make decisions and improvements
Assist Learning and Development to facilitate design and deployment of training programs specific to the project
Plan and engage other business partners as necessary: Labor Management, IT, Legal, Marketing, Technology Integration, Asset Management, Standard and Procedures, etc.
