Job Description :
The Program Manager will be leading the Enterprise Telecommunications and Contact Center Upgrade (ETCC) project. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project objectives, controlling the project scope, maintaining the project charter, setting the project management approach / organization, and managing a team of Project Managers through the migration of 1000 users from Nortel to Genesys Contact Center.
Required experience:
10 years of project and program management experience
Experienced leading Contact Center migrations to Genesys Contact Center platform
Must have experience leading infrastructure projects that are migrating from TDM architecture to SIP architecture.
Strong documentation skills and experience using MS Project.
PMP Certification is a plus
The purpose of the project is:
Increase the efficiency and stability of Contact Center applications that are over ten years old
Reduce recurring costs for telephony services
Modernize enterprise telephony to adopt current industry standards
This position will report to the Enterprise Program Management Office
