position Sr. QA Analyst (CoE)
END DATE: 6 months +
Location: Plano, TX

As part of the QA CoE team, the Sr. QA Analyst will create, update, improve, and implement Software Quality Assurance standards, policies, processes, and training documentation to align with best practices and enterprise changes.

Partner with PMO, InfoSec, and Delivery organization to improve and optimize quality assurance processes through internal QA CoE initiatives
Assist in execution of QA CoE roadmap to meet organizational goals
Update and publish QA CoE templates to align with PMO Agile Scrum playbook
Create and publish quality governance metrics for management reporting
Coordinate with SME to create test automation standards and policies
Coordinate with SME to create performance testing standards and policies
Measure and evaluate performance of test team (including outsourced testing teams)
Help drive organizational change related to QA CoE processes
Provide QA governance oversight and audit on project

5+ years of increasing levels of responsibility for QA and testing of IT solutions from small to large projects
5-10 years of experience leading all phases of QA effort required to execute large enterprise projects impacting multiple large enterprise legacy systems
Experience in successfully supporting an independent test practice or Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) for large fast-paced financial organizations
Experience in creating and implementing QA process and standards documentation
Experience in evaluating Test Tools related to Test Automation, Performance Testing, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Management solutions
Experience with defining and measuring Quality metrics for management reporting
Experience managing testing within Waterfall, RUP, and/or Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies
Managed an outsourced QA team involved in all aspects of testing
Developed test approaches / strategies for large scale enterprise projects
Hands-on experience with manual testing
Experience testing various integration methods (Web services, batch)
Experience identifying and analyzing quality risks
Experience determining testing scope using risk-based testing approach
Experience preparing, managing time estimates and fixed bid deliverables (SOW)
Experience assessing risk to schedule, cost, or quality on project and testing engagement
Excellent communication (written, verbal)
Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative “team-oriented” environment

Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
Automotive Finance experience
Knowledge / Experience in use of HP Testing Tools (Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM), Quality Center (QC) 11.52, Unified Functional Test (UFT 11.52), Performance Center 11.52)
Knowledge / Experience in use of Selenium Test Automation suite (Web Driver, Remote Control, IDE)
