Our Client is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to assist our IT manager and team with everyday technical issues and project based work.
Responsibilities:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user''s satisfaction
Monitor and respond promptly to requests received through the IT help desk portal
Troubleshoot help desk tickets
Internal user support
Set up and configure workstations
Implement software
Manager user accounts
Assist in department projects
Maintain network systems
Qualifications:
Pursuing or obtained a major or minor in MIS or closely related field
