Job Description :

The primary focus of the Sr. Manager, Human Resource Management is to be aligned with the global Human Resources organization to assist them in achieving their business goals. The individual in this role serves as a point-of-contact for the Human Resources area and is responsible for providing IS leadership on projects and programs.:

Job Responsibilities:

Effective relationships with HR leadership
Manage HR IS demand through value and prioritization
Ensure successful execution of HR IS projects and programs
Ensure creation and adoption of process standards
Develop global standards and harmonization
Develop process and application Integration
Ensure quality assurance - regression testing & UAT
Identify and communicate the benefits/value of IS investments
Ensure successful requirements gathering
Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external resources
Develop overall implementation solution plans
Oversee aspects of project life cycle within the HR IS area
Mentor the Global Process Lead(s)


Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Business, IT, or HR
Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position is required.
Prior IT experience is required and Human Resources business experience as generalist or specialist is preferred
Managerial or supervisory experience is required
Systems knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft is required, technical and process knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 is preferred
Project management experience required
Customer service focused with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to change in a dynamic shared services environment
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to take initiative and to work independently of day-to-day supervision.
