Our client, world’s largest Construction, Earthmoving, Mining equipment manufacturer and a major manufacturer of Diesel/Natural gas engines, Industrial gas turbines and other Power products, seeks an accomplished Reporting Analyst.

Create reports and analyze travel and entertainment data from multiple systems. Create and analyze monthly reports that are distributed to several management levels.
Create ad hoc reports based on request from various groups including Travel Services team. Keeping Travel Services Managers aware of travel & entertainment Expense trends.
Responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements in order to complete reporting & analytical tasks.
Interact with various groups within Client in order to provide information related to travel & entertainment expenses.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Participate on periodic calls with Expense Management cross functional team in order to resolve issues, improve tool, and expense management process.
Become company expert on travel & entertainment expense reporting & analytics. Supporting reporting needs of compliance team member & auditing.
Reporting improvement related to Expense Management to identify cost savings opportunities.
Typical Day: 6 hours at desk preparing reports, analyzing data, 2 hours participating in meetings via teleconference or, conference room in work location. Occasional meetings in local client office buildings.

Bachelor''s degree required. Bachelor''s degree in a financial discipline preferred.
Three to five years relevant experience required (willing to count internships as experience
Previous finance-related experience required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
Experience with Cognos reporting required.
Previous finance-related experience required.

Basic Microsoft PowerPoint required.
Experience with reporting from Concur Expense highly recommended.
Strong Interpersonal skills. Excellent communication verbal & written. Attention to detail.
