Job Description :
Review, update and maintain OneNet program documentation handoff to the network Run/Operations group.
1) Interface with Build and Run teams to guarantee the handoff materials cover the overall deployment and design. Making sure Run/Ops is ready to take over daily support.
2) Provide technical education, guidance and consulting to IT customers and team members on technology solutions, services, and standards.
3) Prepare business requirements, system assessments, project and process assessments, and implementation documentation for technical projects.
4) Support technical solutions and implementations.
5) Establish service-level metrics used to define and measure technology services.
6) Establish and manage effective vendor relationships.

3) Strong attention to detail in both project and technology components
4) Strong oral, written communication skills including presentation capabilities and sound interpersonal skills.
5) Basic project management skills, specifically in the area of task planning, sequencing, scheduling and tracking
6) Ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility.  Pursue solutions and make decisions.
7) Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergencies.
8) Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design and implementation. 
2. Network foundation, routing, switching and wireless
3. Working directly with the Plan/Build team on solution design and check-list documentation
4. Vendor management with outsourced support contracts and Telco 
1. Cisco CCNA. Or equivalent technical expertise to understand, provide feedback and/or update technical documentation
2. ITIL Foundations Certification
