Job Description :
The Support Analysts will be responsible for the maintenance and support of their respective technology within the Enterprise Collaboration platform, primarily as it relates to Office 365 Dedicated (BPOS) covering support areas not under support by the current service desk (see RACI below
The position must demonstrate proficiency within their respective areas of technology.
This position will work as part of the Enterprise Collaboration & End User Computing Services Team and must be able to work through tasks efficiently as assigned.
The positions will primarily be responsible for each of the technologies within the Office 365 Dedicated (BPOS) environment and will work on tasks, issues, assignments as directed by the Senior Collaboration Analyst and/or team manager. The focus of this position will be the day to day operations at the Tenant level within their respective expertise to ensure a reliable and efficient collaboration experience is provided to the end users.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple areas of technology including but not limited to:
Identity management
Active Directory
Azure AD
Messaging
Unified Communications
Content/Portal
