Our client, one of the twelve regional Reserve banks in the Fed System, seeks an accomplished Sr. QA Performance Tester.


Description:
Provide software testing management services and support by aiding in the resolution of problems, performing system tests, and assisting users. The incumbent will also assist in managing relationships with business partners.
Work with various stakeholders and customers to collect performance requirements, along with developing the appropriate performance test work products (test strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts
Design, Create and Execute performance, load, stress and scalability testing for applications with a multi-tier architecture to validate and ensure optimal user experience.
Lead performance testing efforts and train team members on the use of Load Runner and HP Performance Center.
Debug performance scripts, analyze the data gathered from performance testing, identify/report issues, and interact with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.
Create/maintain reusable test data and help prepare the test environment. Prepare test report and assist with defect management.
Review and maintain all project documentation in accordance with department procedures.
Assist with technical artifacts (such as Use Cases and User Interface Specifications) and engage in technical discussions.
Support testing of application and environmental upgrades as well as resolution of production issues.
Maintain understanding of current and new testing technologies. Assist with other responsibilities as assigned. Travel may be required (5%

Qualifications:
Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship.
Bachelor''s degree or commensurate experience preferred.
3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance tester preferred.
Experience with HP Performance Center and Load Runner mandatory.
Experience with change management and defect tracking tools.
Experience in the creation of SQL scripts.
Experience in HP QTP/UFT or Descriptive Programming Language preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with databases.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and written communications.
High standards of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust.
