Job Description :
The Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)/Compensation Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion HCM/Compensation projects. Candidate will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/compensation modules.

Required Fusion HCM/Compensation Skills:
Global Human Resources (base setups to support compensation configuration)
Fusion Compensation Management (all aspects of Fusion compensation configuration including setup of budgets, allocations, modeling, eligibility, fast formulas and Fusion Transaction BI, including total compensation statement generation
Oracle E-Business Compensation Workbench (CWB) foundational skills in R12 (multiple projects is required)
Fusion Workflow/alerts
Fusion Transactional BI for Compensation Analytics/Total Comp Statement Generation
Desired Fusion HCM Skills in one or more areas:
Goal/Performance Management
Talent Review/Succession
Benefits & Payroll

In addition, the following business skills are desired:
7-10 yrs of relevant business consulting/industry experience in Oracle E-Business HCM
HCM/compensation process, requirements and CRP/workshop facilitation and support
Ability to lead full-lifecycle Fusion HCM/Compensation projects
Strong technical skills in the design, testing and deployment of RICE objects.
Background in PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware is preferred (data loaders, FBL, ODI, ADF)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Oracle HCM product experience in Oracle E-Business and Fusion HCM/compensation applications
Background in SaaS, or On-Demand platform is preferred
Bachelor''s Degree and/or Human Capital Management focused degree
