Our client is seeking a resource to help configure JIRA.
Client will use JIRA for Service Management functions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and Finance based workflow approval tracking (JE approvals, cash application approvals, etc.
Someone who is an expert with JIRA,
has a Service Management background and
has past experience setting up the tool.
