Job Description :
This person will partner with the business to help execute on DocuSign projects supporting digital transaction management at our client. The Analyst will perform quality assurance, documentation, training, system administration and application support activities associated with new, revised and established business applications of DocuSign and associated business processes.

Accountabilities:  
Assess the complexity level of new requests (integration level, customization needs, etc to determine if it must be implemented by BIS or can be handled by the business user. 
Act as DocuSign Administrator and manage DocuSign accounts for the firm. Includes administration of new and existing DocuSign accounts and users. Serve as an escalation point for DocuSign support issues from the DocuSign support team. Troubleshoot system issues, using various internal and external resources. 
Stay current on DocuSign technologies including DocuSign Connect, Retrieve, workflows & templates, Power Forms, Bulk Send and other features.

Decision Making:
Decide on the most appropriate and practical solutions.
Decide which business functions need representation on system change decisions.
What support issues need to be escalated to development resources.
Decide on communication needs for changes.
Prioritization of projects.
Commitment of resources to large projects.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of experience working on DocuSign use cases and applications that support cross-functional activities.
1-2 years of DocuSign Administrator experience, DocuSign Administrator certification preferred
Solid understanding of financial industry
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to set scope and deliver quality results.
Ability to determine and assign tasks to others to achieve project goals
