EIM Support Lead
10-15 + years of Informatica experience
Informatica MDM experience is mandate.
Overall lead for 8 member support team ( 2 onshore + 6 offshore) , should have hands-on Informatica development experience as well.
Lead overall strategy, backlog and sprint planning for EIM & ELZ
Engage with Business, ELZ and RPDW/RPDI teams
Lead daily calls on support tickets, onsite/offshore coordination
Review Documentation, Test Scenarios
Support Integration testing
Publish Release Calendar, coordinate Release Planning and Communications
Coordinate Incident Management (ServiceNow ticket process)
Coordinate Release Management and Deployment Management
User story timely updates in TFS
