Job Description :
Primary Skills (Must have :
CCNP, CCDA, CCIE Data Center (Optional), ITIL
Data Center Network Engineering, Cisco and HPN expert.
Indicative Activities :
Ability to communicate well with the client and business unit leads
Ability to set direction and prioritize work and resources based business and client needs
Participate in Technology Road Map tracking and provide recommendations as needed
Participate in network design and strategy forums, set directions and provide recommendation
Develop and implement standards and procedures as it relates to Network Technologies and Infrastructure
Develop network technology road and industry best practices and perform presentations and recommendations to the client base
Networking product and technology knowledge is a must. Should have working experience on Cisco, Client Network devices.
Strong knowledge in routing and switching protocol: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SIP, VLANs, trunking, VPN Tunneling, IPSECs etc.
Strong knowledge in WAN technologies o MPLS, Point to Point, MAN and Wireless
Strong knowledge LAN technologies o LAN design standards and best practices o Data Center network Design, including Cisco, Client network devices
Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, DMVPN, etc.
Basic security standards with ASA and checkpoint firewall, design and best practices
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products, independently using documentation and online resources.
Understanding and implementation of network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, authentication and authorization technology.
Experience maintaining and engineering an enterprise-level data center infrastructure, including fiber optic and Ethernet using Cisco, and Client technologies.
Monitor and assist in the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) process.
Good team player and consistence track records
Understanding in ITIL and process
Understanding and follow project management and change management processes.
Good communication and client facing skills.
