Job Description:
The Sr. Business Analyst for LMS is responsible for definition, implementation and optimization of key business processes on the LMS platform with IT. The candidate should have extensive experience in implementing/consulting on LMS products

/ Cornerstone. The key responsibilities will include business process consulting, requirements gathering, solution definition, test planning/preparation and roll-outs.
Essential Functions (Tasks and Responsibilities):
Meet with decision makers, end users and implementation partners to identify business objectives and systems goals.
Facilitate and lead meetings with process owners, drive decisions using process analysis, process flow and other techniques that will help in arriving at an optimized solution.
Work closely with LMS operations team to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of functional and technical specifications document.
Understanding broader business drivers to map business needs to process & functional solution design
Data and processes analysis, swim-lane/process diagramming
Developing and defining business requirements, workflow design, processing maps, functional specifications, fit-gap analysis, and use cases
Review and approve technical approach and design documentation
Review, recommend and implement available or industry practices as appropriate to deliver process optimization solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / Post graduate in business management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst.
3+ years’ experience in consulting / implementing LMS.
Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
