Job Description :
Provide organizational strategic and analytical insights around global website properties to help drive strategic digital initiatives, and align those initiatives with regional marketing teams, managers, business leaders, and external vendors as it relates to the web platforms.
Role/ Responsibilities:
Review, track, report, and provide directional recommendations on website and behavioural analytics
Provide optimization recommendations based on historical and current data
Conceptualize and develop recommendations based on analytics insights to help execute strategic digital programs and/or modifications to enhance value to business lines and web properties
Provide weekly/monthly reports to department, regional and business stakeholders
Acts as the analytics subject matter expert for regional managers and the marketing teams
Accountable for the support and enhancement of marketing automation strategies and overall improvement of user engagement across Client web properties
Ensure program elements are accurately aligned, tested and implemented (SiteCore requirements, tracking/analytics, etc
Actively works with department Managers and Director to help define digital strategies with business leaders and regions, vetting those strategies with key stakeholders within various departments internally, including external vendors
Provides analytics and marketing automation training and support for new and existing programs as needed
Familiar with SEO/SEM best practices and online program management

Bachelor''s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in marketing or related field and a minimum of six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
Key Competencies
Expert in Google Analytics Enterprise reporting
Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and deployment
Solid knowledge of SiteCore CMS platform and marketing automation
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents
Experienced with managing resources in a matrix environment, including external vendors
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
