Cisco Call Manager 10.X and 11.X
Cisco Unity Connection
UCS
On-site but remote 1 day per week
Primary Architect and support of 2 clusters-both US based
Admin Cluster of 3500 users
Contact Center Cluster of 1000 users (does not need Contact Center Experience)
Will be the primary person performing all maintenance and MACD to  both of these clusters
Needs and understanding of Cisco WebEx, Jabber
In general, a solid , hands on, experienced Cisco Voice Engineer.  
It''s OK that he does not have UCCE if he or she can demonstrate a lot of hands-on experience
