Our client, a global Medical technology corporation serving Healthcare industry & technologies, seeks an accomplished Cloud Application Support Engineer.

The engineer is responsible for all the processes involved in getting CCE cloud instance deployed, including installation, configuration, running, testing, and making necessary changes. This will include working with program manager and other stakeholders in setting objectives, identifying deliverable and planning schedules.
The engineer will work closely with CCE development team to come up with onboarding strategy and implementation plan for each new customer.
The engineer will be responsible for the entire implementation process from the initial customer ITR call to daily support at application level, working with the cloud infrastructure support team, to maximize customer satisfaction.
Support of the CCE Cloud platform shall include but not be limited to:
Conduct conference with customer IT to get environmental prerequisites ready. Collect client data from customers and work with product team to come up with implementation plan.
Install and configure CCE on the cloud. Validate the data flow from end to end to ensure the implementation is working as designed. Ongoing post-deployment support of the solution.

Background and Experience:
Well rounded knowledge in areas of software configuration, networking & virtualization. Strong client management skills, ability to troubleshoot, analyze, & implement software, networks, & other technical needs are an integral part of job duties.
3-4 years of experience in Software application configuration and support.
3-4 years network and/or VMWare support and administration.
Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP(s) protocols.
Experience with Health Level 7 (HL7) messages.
Experience with Database Analysis (TSQL, ETL
Experience with simple report writing such as comma delimited format, regular expressions and database development experience (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
A team player with desire to learn.
