Our client, a multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances, seeks an accomplished Door Technology Subsystem Engineer.


Description:
Development and execution of Module/components on schedule and at required performance levels. Delivers cost and quality targets.
Owns engineering releases within module (components Develops and captures knowledge required to deliver module level excellence (including spec’s and FMEA, DVP base design doc’s
Component level cross-functional cost, quality and performance tradeoffs. Component prioritization.
Manage module/component development vs. knowledge creation and capture prioritization.
Aligns Current capability of architecture/supplier/manufacturing/customer solutions to meet attribute targets (Project KPIs Determine which current architecture/supplier/manufacturing/customer solutions are NOT capable of meeting attribute targets with current knowledge (aka N.U.D.s Writes Change Notices.

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Self-Motivated.
Proven Development and Execution experience.
Project management.
Aesthetic Component Design Experience (preferred
Thermal management experience (preferred
Minimum 3-5 Years of related Mechanical Engineering experience preferred.
Computer/Software knowledge required to perform duties.
Microsoft Office, PLM software (such as Windchill), MRP software (such as SAP), CAD (such as Pro/Engineer preferred
