Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Manages The Implementation And Continued Operation Of The Agency''s Electronic Health
Records System And Related Health Care Technologies.
Coordinates The Implementation Process, Including Build, Testing, Training, And Go Live Of The Ehr
System In Conjunction With The Vendor.
Plans And Coordinates The Activities Of The Client Technical And Clinical Staff Necessary To Facilitate Implementation
Of The Ehr System.
Works With Medical And Mental Health Care Providers To Evaluate Current Processes And
Implement Technology Solutions To Reduce Costs And Improve Staff Efficiency And Patient Care.
Assists Management In Establishing Reporting Requirements; Works With Vendor To Develop Reports For
Management And End Users.
Evaluates And Recommends Equipment For Purchase / Lease; Manages Installation And Equipment Maintenance.
Estimates Program Budget And Personnel Requirements.
Establishes Project Goals / Objectives, Timelines, And Assesses Progress
