Our client is an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances.

Underrepresented minority retention risk analysis - Using talent data for underrepresented minorities conduct an analysis to determine how likely a person is to leave (we have conducted this analysis for one group already so it would just be a matter of repeating it - this is not an immediate action, but in a few months likely)
Meeting notes/summaries
D&I education snippets - yearly plan - we''ll plan to create some communications around around heritage months (ie black history) and want to include a few education snippets with each (ie. fun facts, what can you do to be inclusive, etc) - this person could create a catalog of this for the remainder of the year
Cleaning up by-laws, and other materials
Diversity week administrative tasks
Employee training follow -up plan and communications
Web page creation/optimization for our employee resource groups and D&I week

Top 3 Skills MUST Have:
Ability to work autonomously with little direction
Ability to effectively articulate Diversity & Inclusion strategy and importance to delivering business results
Effective written and verbal communication to establish relationships quickly

Education Requirements:
College degree

Years of Experience Required:
2-3 years of relevant D&I/HR experience
