Our client, a major airline operating an extensive international and domestic flight network and providing one of the largest cargo networks in the world.

The Sales CRM team is seeking a Business Analyst for the CRM migration to MS Dynamics project. The qualified candidate will be responsible for generating and interpreting business scope for development. Candidate responsibilities may include writing requirements, defining acceptance criteria, writing test scripts, and validating test scenarios. Additionally, candidate should have experience maintaining vendor relationships, acting as a liaison between business and IT professionals. Other responsibilities will include adhering to project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.

Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
8-10 years experience required

Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
May oversee junior level business analysts

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models (Required)
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc (Required)

Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations
Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow

Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs
