Job Description :
As a primary technical UCCE Engineer you will be responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Contact Center accounts. include infrastructure design, implementation planning, deployment support, software strategy, performance engineering and optimization, knowledge transfer and mentoring, proof-of-concept testing, network auditing/sizing, pre-staging, pre-configuration, deployment planning and acceptance of Cisco product in execution or advisory/assistance or support models. He or she will performs analysis and diagnosis of highly complex Contact Center networking problems and assure that the most complex customer network problems are properly and quickly resolved. This position will be on site at the client in Parsippany, NJ Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements:

Expert level knowledge in Cisco Contact Center platforms: Cisco Voice Portal (CVP), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Collaboration Manager (UCM)
Engineering and operational support experience for UCCE technology
Leading edge Cisco Voice Portal (CVP), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Collaboration Manager (UCM) technology design assistance for primary accounts.
Strong knowledge in area specific to customer space and in (2) of the following and strong knowledge in all other areas: IP internetworking LAN Switching, ATM
ICM Scripting
Experience with WFM (workforce manager) systems
