Our client, with missions in University teaching, research and public service and half-million annual enrollments, seeks an accomplished Workforce Analytics and Metrics Coordinator.

Description & Requirements:
Workforce Analytics and Metrics Coordinator gathers, defines, analyzes, and reports on quantifiable data that supports HR strategic initiatives, including training participation and educational programs.
The intent of these analytics is to identify trends, enhance the effectiveness of human capital investments, and track the ROI associated with HR programs.
In addition, the Analytics Coordinator provides support to the central Learning Management System (LMS This includes ongoing support to campus administrators as well as leading projects to enhance Client''s
utilization of the system and development of solutions to data or process issues, establishing an understanding of current process and system set up, analyzing the needs, proposing solutions, and implementing those
solutions for a campus or systemwide.
The incumbent participates in cross-functional initiatives and provides support for process improvements, programs, and policies. This role involves analyzing large-scale business processes and problems; developing solutions involving the use of computer systems, information flow and architecture; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and acceptance testing. It may lead cross functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
Develop talent management dashboards and comment on trends, issues and concerns. Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, reporting results via the most appropriate method for the intended audience.
Develop and implement solutions to integrate data from multiple sources to standardize and automate reporting. Participate in creating valid, reliable, systematic measurement tools (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.
Create and publish regular reports; develop ad hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences as needed. Work with other measurement and evaluation practitioners across the organization to promote the use of best practices in the design and execution of evaluation services.
Identify tools, technologies or services needed to implement a long term, sustainable program for communicating key metrics to leaders.
Act as primary contact for LMS vendor and Client to resolve issues and plan/execute enhancements and fixes to product. Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize business needs, document requirements and recommend solutions/actions. Execute on agreed plan of action.
Maintain and create detailed documentation on LMS processes, support procedures and system configuration. Thoroughly test online training for both sound technical structure and established content standards, providing recommendations for improvement and clear direction to resolve technical issues. Coordinate release of systemwide online training to locations.

3-5 years of business analyst experience; preferably in HR systems, HR project management and and/or workforce planning.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes, best practices and HR metrics. Experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Measurements of HR Training Programs preferred.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SumTotal Enterprise Learning.
Experience utilizing various reporting tools and deep expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Extraordinary attention to detail. Ability to work at operational level and simultaneously consider interdependencies and organizational priorities.
Outstanding analytical skills; ability to analyze complex situations and problem solve. Strong project/program management skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and demonstrated success in delivering results.
Ability to establish strong partnerships at various levels in the organization. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.
