Our client, with missions in University teaching, research and public service and half-million annual enrollments, seeks an accomplished Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator.

Description & Requirements:
Involves developing, implementing and/or maintaining recruitment and other employment and sourcing programs and policies. Provides advice and counsel on employment practices and recruitment processes across the enterprise.
Provides tools and training necessary to support campuses, medical centers, and the laboratory staff employment functions.
Works in a collaborative manner with assigned business units, other areas of HR and outside recruiters/agencies on matters pertaining to staffing needs.
Backup to the Systemwide Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment Leader. Oversee communications to employment groups and coordination of the monthly and quarterly employment meetings.
Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs.
Sources, screens, interviews and recommends candidates for multiple levels of positions in the organization, including professional and some management levels.
May work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools. Resolves a wide range of employment issues using skills as a seasoned, experienced employment professional with a full understanding of employment and recruiting practices and organization policies and procedures.
Applies professional employment and staffing techniques and concepts in varied and diverse settings. Applies organization policies and procedures in addressing and resolving a diverse scope of staffing needs.
Places employment ads in newspapers and other publications, on the Internet and other appropriate sources, and utilizes outside agencies as needed.
Prioritizes work assignments, conducts analysis and develops resulting recommendations. Preparation of offer letters and new hire packages and ensures recruitment materials are kept up-to-date, accurate and confidential.
Maintain recruitment records and documents related to Executive level searches for Executive Recruiter, ensure OFCCP data is kept on file.
Maintain information on internal and external candidates who possess the potential at a higher level within the next several years. Manage and identify costs associated with each search and develop budgets and plans. Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of recruiting strategies return on investment, quality of hires, recruitment and retention data.
Reviews, receives approvals and processes, monthly billing related to Talent Acquisition vendor agreements and department expenditures; works with various departments to ensure compliance with finance procedures.
Project Support & Program Management. Participates in and works on special projects as needed, utilizing MS office suite to include Visio for project mapping.
Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. Provide collaborative support for multiple cross-functional projects within HR , Talent Acquisition, campuses, medical centers, and laboratory.
Project responsibilities span business, technical and project execution using internal and external resources. Participate in project planning initiation/development to ensure that direction of projects is aligned with organizational business plans and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures, sound financial management and business practices and achievement of performance objectives.
Develop or oversee the development of detailed project plans including goals, deliverables, budget and timeline. Manage resources to optimize work and project delivery.
Develop or oversee the development and clarification of project goals, objectives and deliverables with both stakeholders and team members. Establish or ensure the establishment of sound measurements for each project to determine and demonstrate performance, success and completion.
Ensure the development, preparation and maintenance of appropriate documentation including user requirements, design specifications, test plans, project management plans and workflow diagrams.
Maintain project plans including milestones, costs and cost-to complete estimates and milestone forecasts. Monitor project status, identifying issues, concerns and/or restraints that may jeopardize or delay project implementation. Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership.
