Job Description :
The Junior Exchange Administrator will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Exchange support to employees. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of IT enterprise support experience, with 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange in an enterprise environment. This candidate should possess a solid working knowledge of enterprise messaging environments including but not limited to AD, LDAP, Google Apps, Exchange 2007/2013, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and GOOD for Enterprise MDM and Air-Watch

Skill Required :

5 years experience of Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Unified Messaging
3 years experience of Solid understanding of Active Directory
3 years experience of Experience with Quest Active Roles
5 years experience of Experience with Outlook 2007/2008 / 2010 / 2011 / 2013
5 years experience of Administration of mailboxes and user accounts
5 years experience of Troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues
5 years experience of Experience writing and maintaining messaging documentation (i.e. procedures, processes, standards, and knowledge articles for IT Support)
5 years experience of Customer Service oriented and ability to communicate effectively with end-users as well as teammates
5 years experience of Ability to communicate effectively with end-users as well as teammates
5 years experience of System Administration experience of Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Blackberry Servers
5 years experience of Administration of Mobile Device Management application (Air WATCH)
5 years experience of Strong analytical/problem solving skills
5 years experience of Troubleshoot OWA issue, Outlook Anywhere issue, ActiveSync issue
