We are looking for a lead UI developer for our direct end client role in San Antonio TX for long term contract.
Candidate should have least 10 years in IT with below skill. Please send the resume along with rate and contact. Less than 10 years are not eligible for this role and some level of exp in RUBY is must.
Project:
- Building a customer facing UI, from scratch, using cutting-edge technologies, like Angular, Ruby/Sinatra, and Cassandra, in an Agile and CI/CD environment.
Requirements:
- AngularJS, CSS/HTML, SAML, Karma/Mocha/Chai, Sinon
- Ruby, Sinatra, Padrino Framework (for API Layer)
- RESTful Services, SOA
- GitHub, Jenkins, Gulp
Preferred Skills:
- Cassandra
- Elasticsearch
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
- Collaborative – effectively works and communicates across multiple teams to achieve desired outcomes of a given project
- Aware – first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management, if necessary
- Passionate for continuous improvement of processes and software, well versed with complete software engineering lifecycle and practices like Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Continuous Integration/Delivery
- Ability to mentor peers through Peer Reviews, enforcing high quality standards of code maintaining principles of re-usability, portability and ensuring team is following best practices
