Description:
Member of a team responsible for market development and promotion of RF Components for use in a wide variety of wireless applications. Main Products include multi-layer RF Components (Filters, Diplexers, Couplers, Baluns and Antennas
Ideal candidate will communicate with customers, distributors and sales teams to obtain RF component requirements and work with the engineering team on recommending product solutions.
Provide technical training and expertise for TDK sales personnel and distribution channel.
Perform market research for the purpose of customer focus, corporate planning and growth.
Communicate with customers, sales teams (direct, reps and distributors) to identify RF component requirements and provide solutions from existing product line-up.
Identify areas for new product design and work with customers, engineering and marketing teams on design proposals and scheduling.
Direct Responsibility for RF component promotion and design-in at a variety of assigned chipset and RF customers.
Work with the distribution channel to expand customer reach and provide product training as needed.
Work with Corporate Marketing and engineering teams to develop promotional materials and targeted RF presentations.

Requirements:
4 year college degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience required.
Prior marketing/sales experience in passive or active component marketing within a sales/marketing organization.
Individual will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with a variety of customers and internal teams.
A basic understanding of wireless technologies and markets is preferred.
This position requires 10-40% travel both domestic and international.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
