Job Description :

Must be able to travel to remote locations on an occasional basis. Weekend travel is required during cutovers.

Locations will be regional as well as travel to Southern California locations.
- Collect user data such as: user ID, physical location within building, employee ID etc
- Format user data for engineering to be incorporated in programming call manager for deployment
- Ensuring data integrity and collection completed in time for deployment activities
- Identifying gaps in data necessary to be successful and escalating risk to project management
- Meet with the deployment groups management teams throughout the entire pre/post deployment cycle
- Validate/reconcile headcount and seating chart with DCT and/or floorplan
- Validate client satisfaction and obtain go-live approval
- Conduct post survey
- Organize logistical and operational steps for group roll-out
- Possibly conduct site surveys or it will be the Operations Analyst
- Coordinate and partner with all roles listed in the matrix and other teams as needed
- Coordinate training and communication pieces with Learning Services and Charlie/Marketing for Communication pieces

The Workplace Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting large-scale Workplace Technology projects and assist in documenting operational processes/procedures for successful project completion. This role will also work closely with project and support teams on projects and incidents, which will require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Assist with operational documentation to support project deployment:
a. Update and maintain Cisco Phone database
b. Update and maintain customer survey results
c. Manage training logistics (rooms, sign-up sheets, etc
d. Main/track "issues” and track toward resolution
Apply business practices to obtain, define, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements working with cross functional teams
Represent business/stakeholder interests by understanding and driving business needs and desires to implementation.
Understand business process management and business requirements; act as a liaison between Workplace Technology and support teams as needed.
Help the Workplace Technology department identify business improvement opportunities and offer suggested guidance and assistance as needed.
Acquire thorough knowledge of IT systems and identify efficient and effective changes for better performance.
Effectively communicate with key internal contacts, as needed, and ensure all parties are informed and kept current on project deliverables and timelines.
Low Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
Complete and adhere to Client''s regulatory requirement trainings in a timely manner.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Requires a minimum of five years hands-on experience in multi-site heterogeneous telephony environments.
- Progress in industry-recognized certification program such as MCSE or CCNA; BSCS greatly preferred.
- Must be proficient participating in and leading integrated process teams, as well as coordinating and communicating customer requirements.
- Comfortable in providing technical leadership within the business, application/systems, data/information and technical architecture disciplines. Must have excellent communication skills to be able to clearly explain the benefits of an architectural approach to clients and stakeholders.
- Security and/or infrastructure experience is a significant benefit. Cisco Unified Communications experience greatly desired.
- Requires proficiency with varied types of computer hardware and software.
- Requires demonstrated understanding of core Client business applications and operations.
- Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use future technology.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve complex technical issues.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

- Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.

- Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
