Our client, a provider of critical solutions for communication on land, at sea, and in the air and space, by moving data through off-the-shelf and customized products, seeks an accomplished Senior RF Product Electrical Engineer.

Candidate will support RF Subsystems Manufacturing; will work in a highly motivated team environment to develop and manufacture advanced microwave and millimeter wave subsystems, hybrid modules and components for defense and government customers
As the product owner, you will be the primary customer technical engineering contact; working closely (in the lead role) with the customer’s engineering team
Support the manufacturing and continuous improvement of microwave and RF subsystems.
In this position the product electrical engineer will support the day to day technical issues in the production test area, drive continuous improvement in test, and develop long term innovative test and product improvements.
Ensure all test technical issues are addressed on a daily basis. Maintain daily communication with the production team. Apply root cause problem solving in production and field return analysis.
Develop and maintain documentation. Participate in customer visits and teleconferences. Be the technical engineering contact for all customer production issues.
Evaluate hands-on resolution of electrical technical issues that affect product yield or throughput. Provide product ownership by reviewing and approving any product configuration or process changes.
Drive continuous product improvement projects in the test area. Product redesigns done in conjunction with design engineering. Test reduction analysis. Using statistical process control to analyse performance trends. Improving electrical test yield
Interface technically with suppliers to resolve production electrical issues. Participate in new product introduction teams.

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ Manufacturing Engineering experience including experience with RF/microware circuits.
Experience with microwave circuits, including amplifiers, filters, frequency multipliers, high power limiters, oscillators, switches, and mixers.
Preferred - 8 year’s Manufacturing Engineering experience.
