eDataforce Consulting LLC client is In URGENT need for a replacement ASAP for PeopleSoft Finance/HR - (PM ) at there location in Dallas , Fort Worth .

This client is moving from an ERP to a Cloud Based solution.
Responsible for overall program management and completion of technically complex programs with significant business impact. The programs led by this position are typically multi-project, cross departmental/divisional, and involve multiple technologies, multiple vendors, and multiple departments. Typically empowered by executive management as being the single person responsible for a specified complex program.

Activities include:
Empowered by executive management with responsibility for a specified complex program.
Report at the executive level.
Prepare and present executive briefings.
Develop, plan and manage extremely complex programs with high business impact and long implementation time frames across key organizations.
Provide leadership, both intra and inter-departmentally to technical program/project managers and others to ensure complete, successful, cost effective and on-time implementation of a specified program.
Act as overall program team leader for multiple related project teams within a program.
Recognize and take appropriate action on financial inter-program dependencies.
Balance, prioritize, and integrate workload of multiple efforts to meet program project schedule.
Resolve conflicts to ensure best utilization of resources.
Negotiate and escalate across organizations up to the VP level to ensure project critical path milestones are met.
Retail experience a must
- Financial & HR systems (we have PeopleSoft 9.1, moving to a cloud based partner)
- Migration from legacy to cloud based platforms (specifically moving off a mainframe)
- Can hit the ground running, being able to quickly evaluate and pick up the plan to run with it (and help change/augment as necessary)
- Ability to present weekly status updates to the C level executives (withManager’s guidance)
- Understands integration technology (ETL tools, Dell Boomi, etc
- Knowledgeable on infrastructure decommissioning and moving to hosted environments
- Very detail oriented
- Needs to be a PM that understands more than just PMI and methodologies (don’t need a book smart PM)

Nice to have:
- Oracle Retek and/or Retail experience
- PeopleSoft Finance/HR or Oracle Finance in the cloud (and Platform as a Service)
- Architect skills/knowledge
