Our client, one of world’s largest manufacturers of medium & heavy-duty Trucks and Diesel engines, seeks an accomplished Jr. IT SOX Compliance Analyst.

Responsible for supporting audit testing and associated documentation in compliance with SOX requirements. Assesses IT for adherence to internal controls and policies.
Evaluates information systems and controls including but not limited to applications, business control processes, change control management procedures, security and logical access reviews, networks, and computer and data center operations.
Documents corrective action plans and reports findings to IT Compliance management. May provide support for other industry and regulatory IT compliance activities.
Coordinate requests for documentation in support of existing and proposed IT controls to comply with SOX requirements.
Facilitate semi-annual logical access reviews to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and perform IT General Control walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.
Help enforce organizational policies, procedures and methods to protect sensitive data and information from being compromised.
Support qualitative improvements in control operations to reduce / eliminate control deficiencies.
Monitor identified deficiencies and SOX remediation efforts to ensure timely closure of findings.

Bachelor''s degree in information technology, or related discipline.
1-3 years'' experience (Big 4 audit experience preferred
Proficiency in Aveksa / RSA Via 7.0 tool preferred.
Experience with IT risks and IT SOX control testing.
Understanding of COSO & COBIT frameworks and ISO & NIST standards.
Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Demonstrated experience with process documentation including flowcharting and narratives, walkthroughs, and control testing is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally
Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to initiate and prioritize tasks.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and exercise effective problem solving skills.
Strong service commitment, and verbal, writing, and reporting skills.
High level of integrity, and sound judgment concerning security and privacy.
