Technical developer with hands on APEX Coding Knowledge in Salesforce / Platform.Strong technical and functional CRM / Call Center experience in planning, designing, administration and customization of implementations for Enterprises.
- Good exposure to AppExchange applications. Able to find appropriate applications, install and customize.
- Has excellent knowledge about Change Management, Release Planning, Code Deployment and Roll Back Strategies
- Writing scripts, scheduled jobs to automate processes and to monitor other jobs
