Our client, a world’s leading toy and baby products retailer, seeks an accomplished Accounts Payable Coordinator.


Description:
Responsible for accounts payable to support inbound (domestic and international) and outbound transportation.
Submission of checks to Accounting.
Manage accurate and timely data to support daily/weekly KPI''s for Domestic Transportation.
Validate accessorial charges for timely processing of carrier invoices.
Temp will be responsible for assisting the Vendor Team with their daily workload to ensure all tasks get completed timely.
Some tasks would be managing exception reports, monitoring an e-mail mailbox, creating new vendors, possible tendering and helping vendors with any issues they have.

Requirements:
Candidate should have experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to problem solve.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work within team environment.
