Position: Salesforce BA
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 6 Months

Working across regional and functional teams to develop "right fit,” standardized Salesforce solutions, and promote innovative IT solutions, techniques, and standards to meet changing business needs.
Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Work is performed without appreciable direction while maintaining self motivation and aligning direction with high level platform goals.
Develop estimates / technical data requirements for project teams.
Identify information and process realms with regional similarities and propose global standardization.
Balance governance and ongoing center of excellence activities simultaneously.
Maintain or contribute to documentation/mappings of data flows both during new implementation and based on opportunities for continuous improvement.
Assist in developing process and data migration strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related areas.
5+ years of IT experience.
2+ years of relevant IT experience working with Salesforce.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, rapid change, and multiple priorities.
Hands-on role requiring rigorous attention to detail and thorough application of standards.
Self starter, capable of driving towards goals independently.
Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Demonstrated interaction skills across a wide spectrum of technical contacts and teams.
Desired skills:
3+ years of and/or work experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience setting-up a new org of Salesforce including designing security and role/profile strategies
