Minimum Qualifications
Minimally requires education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in an information technology environment.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst.
Must have 4-5 years experience working with Kronos.
Extensive experience working in project teams, with ability to effectively lead project management staff.
Knowledge of prevalent IT methodologies, management practices, architectures, system development lifecycles and best practices.
Strong analytical ability.
Expertise in both business and configuration knowledge for functional areas.
Strong communications skills, including presentation and facilitation ability. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Business process viewpoint with integration impact.
Requires project management skills; designs solutions for internal/external clients.
Considered a resource for others.
May have knowledge of more than one professional discipline.
May require awareness of external trends and best practices.

The Kronos IT Senior Business Systems Analyst is the senior level of individual contributor, with expertise across many functional areas, in both business and configuration knowledge. The Kronos IT Senior BA will continue supporting time and attendance IT support of Kronos timekeeping including, but not limited to: Kronos Automation, and daily support of production. They will identify business solution requirements, designs, delivers, and maintains high quality business systems solutions; applies project management methodology; develops expertise in one or several business areas; and delivers enhancements and contributes to a variety of technology projects. Facilitates and champions key deliverables, redesigns and efforts with business stakeholders. Provides support to cross-functional team members.

Essential Responsibilities And Tasks
Create and maintain application configuration relating to Kronos Timekeeper and Workforce Scheduler pay rules, work rules, pay codes, holiday table, accrual rules, profiles, Labor Level entries and sets, Hyperfind queries, Function Access Profiles, Genies, Scheduler Org Map
Creates and maintains Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces for transfer of employee data. Customizations using the Kronos WIM and the system software reconfigurations. Audits interface results to ensure a clean and accurate production environment.
Set up and maintain time clock configuration and functionality.
Creates and maintains Leave Plan configurations, related tables, group enrollment criteria, group enrollments and leave plan balances.
Performs special projects as assigned relating to a Kronos upgrade, conversion, configuration change or efficiency improvements.
Provides analysis and reporting of data from Kronos system.
Audit Kronos entries to ensure compliance with network policies and federal and state guidelines.
Identify best practices and recommend them to management to increase application efficiency, data integrity, compliance and end user productivity.
Identify and responds to requests for Kronos training needs. Develops and provides both group and individual Kronos training to end users.
Work with end users, IT support staff and Kronos Global Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve application issues.
Identifies, develops, and initiates innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Analyses decisions and actions for their support of the larger area''s strategic direction.
May work with senior management, resolving more complex problems.
