Job Description :
Act as technical lead for ServiceNow support team
Administrate Argonne ServiceNow instances; responsibilities including but not limited to overseeing patching, upgrades, cloning, and HI Server ticket management.
Plan and manage release deployments of Argonne code
Configure and customize ServiceNow system, including workflows, and data integration
Act as Business Analyst to solicit specifications from the IT department and deliver product/releases to meet needs.
Create Requirements Definitions, and Technical Specifications Documentation

The candidate must possess hands-on experience with administration and customization of an enterprise service management application, preferably ServiceNow. Ability to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role. Solid experience with client scripting (JavaScript, HTML) is required.

Considerable skills in user-interface design.
Considerable experience working with ServiceNow as Administrator and Developer
ServiceNow development and configuration, including creating complicated workflows for service delivery
ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript
