Job Description :
The Business Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and support efficient business , financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Analyst is also responsible communicating his/her findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.

Advance skills and knowledge in business process analysis, system analysis, and business process re-engineering for computer applications
Ability to work with end-users to document current work tasks, perform job-work tasks decompositions, and participate in job and work tasks process improvements
This position requires a knowledge and skills in job and work process analysis and design
Must be able to work without assistance, provide leadership to others, and able to work within complex and fast paced work efforts
Knowledge with BABOK standards and methods
Knowledge with BPMNv2 standards and methods
Knowledge and skills with work process improvement approaches such as Six Sigma, Harrington’s process improvement, and/or traditional industrial engineering job redesign methods
Knowledge of human factors principles for human-computer interface design
Knowledge and skills in using VISIO to diagram processes
Knowledge and skills in preparing job and work process documentation
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Understand impact of interface and systems design decisions on technology, information flow, and/or business processes
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in (Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
Excellent with MS Office products required
Our various training and placement programs are scheduled once a month at our Ashburn, VA location. It would be a class room training and not an online training though.
Our selection criteria for the training/placement program includes :
1) Proper degree related to IT or Business or any engineering
2) Good Communication Skills
3) Proper work status to work in US
