Job Description:

Position Responsibilities & Experiences sought includes:

- Experience: 3+ years in Interactive Design or Information Architecture
- Education: Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, or Interactive Design
- Expert in Axure software

- Strong user-centered design experience
- Guides the execution of the Experience Architecture (EA) strategy, including the high-level application and maintenance of the relevant components of the enterprise Ops Model
- Provides support to the UX Design Team from an UX architecture/framework perspective
- UX Lead’s point-of-contact for strategic direction and alignment of the UI framework, user centered design process, digital artifacts and templates
- Accountable for Experience Architecture delivery within enterprise architecture working groups
- Stays abreast of user centered design and UX architecture best practices to inform the evolution of the user centered design processes, digital artifacts and templates
- Defines UI framework for Aspirational Visualizations and strategic UX concepting efforts
- Assists with UX project scoping, when necessary
- Creates and implements strategic and tactical creative solutions
- Acts as the primary point of accountability for the creation of Digital Artifacts by working with the User Interface team
- Works with digital user experience design teams to organize, schedule, and control the creative effort of projects while effectively managing scope and budget
- Brings perspective that incorporates leading and emerging practices from the digital landscape to identify valuable concepts and applies these in innovative ways to meet business and user needs and expectations
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of creative techniques, tools, and concepts in digital user experience
- Ensures overall digital design process adheres to the project requirements, objectives, and timeline
- Creates scalable site structures and navigation elements that improve usability
- Implements innovative and appropriate current technologies as a part of the overall interactive strategy
- Works closely with Business and Systems Leads to identify and enable solutions to achieve the desired user experience
- Exercises independent decision-making and judgment in the development of creative efforts associated with projects
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of digital user experience and trends
- Engages with Business areas to provide project-level user experience thought leadership, direction, and influence business requirements and the overall customer experience
- Accountable for appropriate compliance and digital standards such as accessibility and usability
- Demonstrates high degree of creativity
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Possesses a strong creative portfolio demonstrating imagination, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for new technologies and emerging trends
- Work experience in interaction / information architecture across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience in responsive web and native application interaction / information architecture
- Experience using Visio and/or rapid prototyping tools
- Recent mobile web and/or app User Interface design experience
- Experience using iterative work processes
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Experience translating wireframes and interactive prototypes into polished user interfaces
- Web and mobile experience preferred, responsive design experience a plus
- Portfolio showcasing work examples such as web design, interface design, responsive web design, mobile app design, and basic user experience design methodology
- Produces several iterations of visual design artifacts throughout the design lifecycle
- Uses digital standards and style guides to ensure design consistency across the enterprise
