Need 3 (UCCE) Cisco Unified Contact Center Consultants/Voice Engineer in Bloomington, IL

12 MONTHS
Rate: $45-48/hr on C2C basis

Role: 1

Duties and responsibilities of the Contact Center infrastructure position:
- Implements, integrates, and supports contact center infrastructure
- Perform and manage system installs, configurations and upgrades
- Develops, follows, and/or implements infrastructure policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, enable logging, collect and analyze logs from multiple UCCE devices
- Ability to interface with vendor support teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Ability to read, navigate and understand UCCE end-to-end call-flows

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products: Cisco Contact Center (UCCE) technologies, including centralized ingress, CVP, VXML, ICM and UCCE/UC integration
- Experience with Call Manager (up to and including 10.x)
- Familiarity with SBC technologies including Oracle/Acme, Cisco CUBE or CUSP (Oracle SBC experience is a plus)

- Familiarity with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking, including carrier-based SIP service
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server settings and configuration
- Experience with Cisco Multi-Channel Contact Center capabilities.
- Experience with HP Service Manager and ITIL standards.

Role: 2

The Voice Engineer resource will be responsible for planning, designing, testing, and providing implementation details for voice technologies in an enterprise scaled environment.
This position will be required to design robust, scalable, and highly available voice solutions.
The role requires specific expertise in the design and configuration of unified communications equipment.

Essential Job Functions

- Analyzing/validating requirements received from Business Areas
- Develop technical procedures (equipment configuration) for testing and implementation of design changes
- Create technical documentation and diagrams using Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Relationship management and collaboration with external vendor partners, technology colleagues and business partners Preferred Qualifications
- Expert understanding of Call Manager (up to and including 10.x), Unity and Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder
- Expert understanding of Voice Gateway configuration, SRST, Transcoding, Dial Peer configuration, and Digit manipulation, Dial Plan design
- Experience with SBC technologies including Oracle/Acme, Cisco CUBE or CUSP (Oracle SBC experience is a plus)

- Experience with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking, including carrier-based SIP service
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Communication Products: Cisco Contact Center (UCCE) technologies, including centralized ingress, CVP, VXML, ICM and UCCE/UC integration
- Excellent presentation/verbal communication skills and the ability to train and mentor other team members
- Ability to work well both independently, and in a team environment
- Cisco Certification and ITIL Accreditation preferred
