Our client, world’s largest Construction, Earthmoving, Mining equipment manufacturer and a major manufacturer of Diesel/Natural gas engines, Industrial gas turbines and other Power products, seeks an accomplished Associate Learning Consultant.


Description:
Candidate responsibilities are going to be maintaining the CLMS required learning system, which includes writing courses into Microsoft word.
Use SABA to upload new courses and run reports on who has and has not completed required training.
Will set taking training documentation and working with the development team to make the content work for the user base.
Creating presentations and setting up classrooms and training documentation.

Requirements:
Minimum of associate’s degree.
Advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (design and layout of SharePoint
SABA System with a year of experience.
Background in creation of training documentation.
Technical writing skills.
Worked with Storyline and Articulate Tools for creation of Media.
Must be analytical and creative will not be giving presentations in front of groups but designing them to be given.
Willingness to take on more working skills to advance the position.
