Responsible for building/bringing quality talent funnel through a variety of sources (OPT/CPT, , New H1B sourcing)
Positing/ Submitting consultant resumes on various job boards and other requirements portals and finding requirements for consultants through other resources.
Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
Needs to finds projects for on-bench consultants (Bench Sales)
Actively pursue new opportunities and business ventures to drive sales and increase business.
Developing social media presence - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
Introducing new tools and technology for recruiting and resume management.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.
Should have knowledge of the latest technologies and ability to screen candidates.

Skills & Experience :
Experience : 2+ Years US Staffing / Recruitment & Sourcing Talent & Marketing On-Bench Consultants
Excellent written and spoken English. (MUST HAVE)
Candidate must have valid Visa Status
Education : Should have minimum Bachelor’s degree
Location : Piscataway, New Jersey (NO Work From Home Option)
